It has beeen a while since I wrote last. I have been stitching but have refrained from posting pictures. One of the WIPs I have been working on is Bagatelle from Long Dog Designs. After seeing a couple of finishes, I wanted to stitch it too and decided to stitch it in my favorite color red. After some procastination, I ordered my fabric, chose my floss and started stitching it. Now it is time for me to take a break from this and stitch something else.

Well, instead of finishing one of my very many WIP's I ahve been working on recent weeks, I pulled a very old WIP and started working on it. After seeing the finish o F, I had the insatiable urge to pull my WIP out. I really had to look long and hard to unearth the WIP from where I had stashed it. So for the past two weeks or so I have been working on this.
I will repeat my FB response again . I feel that I live but once,. If having a lot of WIP's keeps me going, then that is what I will do. If some are amazed by the number of WIP's I have, so be it :)
I pulled Amy Mitten's Not for us Alone, and finished stitching Chapter 2 on Amy Mitten's Nor For Us Alone. I have no idea if and when I will finish this.
Not a great picture, but then, I am lacking in that department as well LOL

I finally finished a sampler I started back in 2012. I have been working on this on and off for the past three years and can say that I am glad I can finally say that I done with this. I may go back and fill in some blank spaces.
I started this with Martina Dy's Coat of Arms chart but then veered off and used some Long Dog sampler motifs as well as patterns available in Antique Pattern Library. I also dug into my stash of X stitch books

Well... I have a finish. After Sabine's enquiry on FB, I decided to pull the sampler out and finish it. But, to my horror, I could not locate my conversion sheet. I looked high and low and was glad when I finally located it. I was not going to take a chance and decided to finish the sampler and I did it a few mintues ago.
